Booking is not only acceptable: it is necessary

Ours is a small agriturismo, with a maximum of 12-15 places. In this manner we are able to pay special attention to each client. At the moment of booking we are also able to propose a menu chosen from among the dishes Paola, the ‘kitchen-master’, is able to prepare in each season. A proverb has it ‘each fruit to its season’, to which we add: ‘each season its dishes’.
